Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase. See our Shipping Policy.

When will my order arrive?

Allow 2–3 business days for processing and 3–5 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 5–8 business days.

Can I return my order?

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns receive a free prepaid label, with no restocking fee. Fuelled or used gas-powered equipment cannot be returned. Read our Refund & Return Policy.

Does my equipment come with a warranty?

Yes. VYROX products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Approved claims are repaired or replaced. See our Warranty Policy.
